Welcome to Kleinpeter & Schwartzberg, L.L.C. In 1982 Robert E. Kleinpeter and Alan L. Schwartzberg founded the firm. Since then, we have helped people unfairly harmed by others to ensure their access to the civil justice system no matter what their economic circumstances. We require two conditions from our clients: they must be harmed by someone’s fault, and they must be really hurt.
Our clients and cases involve many practice areas such as people who have suffered serious personal harm, the wrongful death of a family member, the violation of their constitutional rights or unjust criminal charges. Many of our clients have been injured in motor vehicle accidents involving cars, trucks, motorcycles, or eighteen wheelers. Other people have been harmed by unsafe products, unsafe work conditions, toxic chemicals, or a corporation’s negligence. Sometimes we represent clients when their insurance company refuses to pay a claim such as uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, property loss, or health insurance benefits.
We are proud of our record of excellence. Why We Try Cases
We settle cases when it is in our client’s interest to do so. But sometimes insurance companies, corporations, and other defendants unreasonably deny responsibility for causing harm and force our clients to trial.
